TIESHA N. BRYANT, FOUNDER

Tiesha Bryant, LMSW, is a dedicated mental health professional with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents, teenagers, and families. She specializes in individual, family, and couples therapy, addressing concerns such as ADHD, ADD, parenting skills, teenage intervention, and life transitions from childhood through retirement. Utilizing Client-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness approaches, she tailors therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. Tiesha earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Florida A&M University in 2014 and her Master of Social Work from Troy University in 2017. Committed to empowering individuals and families, she provides compassionate support to help clients navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being.

LACAROLE LLOYD, PRESIDENT

LaCarole Lloyd grew up in Hurtsboro, AL. She’s been married for almost 16 years and she and her husband have three children. While at Russell County High School, she was a marching band color guard and made co-captain her senior year. In 2008 she graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and began her career as a CPS investigator with the State of Alabama. She now works with older Georgians and disabled people. She has been with a local agency as an MDS-Q Options Counselor for over 7 years. In this position, she helps people transition out of nursing homes. She loves working with these clients and their families. She is also on the board of executives for WHAP. LaCarole’s hobbies include reading health articles, cooking, planning, shopping, and traveling.

JASMINE LYLES, VICE PRESIDENT

Jasmine Lyles is a native of Phenix City, AL and has lived in Atlanta, Ga since 2014. Jasmine became a board member of WHAP in 2015 initially as the secretary and in 2018 she became the VP. She enjoys the inner workings of all things behind the scenes . Jasmine received her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Clayton State University. She currently works as a Human Resources Director in the health sector and most recently received her SHRM certification.

DR. CATRECE DANTZLER, THERAPIST

 Dr. Catrece Dantzler is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and has lived and worked in Alabama for nearly 20 years, dedicating her career to the mental health field. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Christian University Montgomery and a Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from Argosy University Sarasota. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked extensively with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Passionate about educating and empowering others, Dr. Dantzler provides professional training, consultations, and family education on managing mental health disorders.
